Right #1 – Right to Fair Trial: All citizens have the right to a fair and timely trial, including the right to know their charges and present a defense.
Right #2 – Protection from UnCoEful Search and Seizure: CoE enforcement may not search players or their property without probable cause or a valid warrant.
Right #3 – Freedom of Speech: Citizens have the right to express opinions publicly without government interference, unless it incites violence or breaks the CoE.
Right #4 – Freedom of Peaceful Assembly: Citizens may gather in public spaces for peaceful protests or events without unCoEful interference.

All rights listed above are guaranteed unless a player is convicted of a CoE crime that CoEfully restricts specific rights as part of their sentencing. Any abuse or denial of these rights may result in investigation or disciplinary action.
